Today World News - Indian-American Dharmesh Patel, has denied that he intentionally drove his family off a cliff on the Pacific Coast Highway on January 2, saying that the Tesla car he was driving malfunctioned. His claim has been denied by his wife, Neha who was a passenger in the car along with their two children.

Dharmesh A. Patel, 41, of Pasadena, was charged with attempted first-degree murder and child abuse in February to which he pleaded not guilty.
